Welcome to the Hippo! We are a bold and beautiful food truck that specializes in Southern BBQ with a Caribbean flair! We are known for our Haitian Jerk wings followed by our BBQ Mac. We offer a wide variety of options, including bbq nachos, bbq sandwiches, cheeseburgers, dogs, and brats. We bring out ribs and brisket in the summer or by special request. We also offer BBQ Jackfruit for our vegetarian friends which can be substituted for any of our bbq pork dishes. For dessert you won't want to miss our Banana Pudding! We've been told it might quite possibly be better than your Mama's (we won't tell though!)!!! With our backgrounds in corporate hospitality and marketing, we understand that we can't stop with just delicious food. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and dependability.
