A blend of cuisines, Yaardie Eats has its roots in the 1800’s when the founders’ great-grandparents moved from China to Jamaica. Traditional Chinese recipes had to incorporate the Jamaican spices and herbs that were locally found. Classic Jerk chicken and pork are offered alongside Mango chicken and Garlic butter shrimp.
