Choose Your Membership Path:

FTAG offers two membership options depending on where you are in your journey:


Ready to Roll Membership

Following the directions in Part 1 & Part 2 if you are fully operational and ready to vend.

You must have:

  • A truck or trailer

  • An established base of operations (commissary)

  • All required permits and licenses

This membership includes access to vending opportunities, communications, trainings, and full member benefits.

Part 1: Register on Street Food Finder

Part 2: Join FTAG via Street Food Finder

You must complete both steps 1 and 2 in that order to become a member.


Startup / Provisional Membership

No truck yet? Still securing permits? You can still join.

This option is for vendors who are:

  • In the build-out phase

  • Working on permits

  • Securing a commissary

You’ll receive:

  • Access to trainings and workshops

  • Member communications

  • Industry updates

  • Networking opportunities

Note: Vending opportunities are not available until all required documents are uploaded and verified in Street Food Finder (SFF).

  • FTAG is dedicated to, having successfully led the charge in passing HB1443 into law in 2023. This law improved conditions for food trucks across the state.
  • Members benefit from collective bargaining power to build better relationships with vendors, mechanics, insurance providers, and food suppliers.

Vending Opportunities:

  • While FTAG is not a booking service, we partner with the community to secure vending spaces for our members, providing access to high-traffic locations for increased sales potential.
  • Membership includes participation in FTAG lots, catering requests, and FTAG-sponsored festivals.
  • We share leads for clients looking to book trucks for public and catered events, creating additional revenue opportunities for our members.

Industry Partnerships & Information:

  • We partner with industry stakeholders to bring information and opportunities directly to our members, ensuring you stay informed and connected with new developments in the mobile food industry.

Education for Members and the Public:

  • FTAG educates our members and the public about the fees involved with food trucks, helping everyone understand the operational costs and why trucks require food truck minimums for events and bookings.

Community Engagement & Growth:

  • FTAG strives to create more vending opportunities across Georgia and partners with event planners to establish mutually beneficial relationships for food truck operators.
  • Our mission is to grow Georgia’s food truck industry and ensure that mobile food services, including trucks, trailers, dessert trucks, and carts, can operate in a supportive and thriving environment.

Why We Exist

FTAG’s mission is to represent and support the interests of Georgia’s mobile food service industry. We lobby state and local governments to make Georgia more food truck-friendly and work to provide education, advocacy, and networking opportunities for food truck owners and operators across the state.
