Chef Krystal Wilson is the owner of Flavor on the Fork Chicken and Waffles food trailer. She has been in the culinary business for over 25 years. Before the food trailer, she owned a catering company for 20 years. The 2020 pandemic forced her to pivot to a mobile food unit. In 2022, Flavor on the Fork Chicken and Waffles was born. Flavor on the Fork offers over 27 flavors of waffles and southern fried chicken that would make your grandmother proud. The truck also serves delicious salads. Chef Krystal does several outreach services with her food trailer to service less fortunate communities.

Chef Krystal is the proud graduate of Morris Brown College (1995) and Le Cordon Bleu (2015).

Chef Krystal is the mother of 2 and proud grandmother of 3 to whom she voluntarily spoils. When she is not on the truck, Chef enjoys using her passport.
