Montrella Rhodes is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and self-proclaimed foodie with a passion for service and community impact. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services, grounding her work in people-centered support, organization, and advocacy.

Her introduction to the food truck industry began behind the scenes, supporting a longtime friend as an office administrator—an experience that sparked a lasting passion for food, operations, and service. That path led her to launch The Rhodes Group, a food truck management and consulting company. In 2018, Montrella brought her experience and heart for service to the Food Truck Association of Georgia, where she proudly serves full-time as Executive Administrator to the Board of Directors.

From managing schedules to supporting members and overseeing daily operations, Montrella plays a hands-on role in keeping FTAG moving forward and strengthening Georgia’s food truck community. She also leads Flawless Intentions, her $8 fashion jewelry brand, while prioritizing time with her husband and two children.

Outside of work, Montrella enjoys time with family and friends, good music, and baking—usually with something delicious involved.
